Yes, both ways. After each service the family rates the nanny and the nanny rates the family, like the best platforms. That keeps trust and quality across the whole network.
The price covers one child and each additional child has an extra hourly charge. One nanny cares for up to 4 children. At parties there is one nanny for every 4 children and the price is per nanny.
Only if you authorize it in writing when you book, stating which medicine, the exact dose and the time. Without that authorization your nanny gives nothing, not even over-the-counter. She logs the time she gave it.
In your panel, under My children. You fill it once and your nanny sees it on every service: allergies, conditions, pediatrician phone, preferred hospital and what calms them. There you also authorize emergency medical care in case something happens and we cannot reach you.
